- CEA may undertake due diligence and may request evidence of qualifications, registration, practising certificate, insurance, experience, availability, fees, safeguarding arrangements and conflicts of interest. Practitioners remain independent and are responsible for their own clinical, legal, professional, ethical, regulatory, insurance and privacy obligations.
