This form is for universities, academic institutions, research centres, clinics, supervisors and academics seeking to collaborate with CEA.
Submitting this form does not create a partnership, grant access to CEA case material, authorise contact with families or witnesses, or approve publication, research, student placement or case review activity.
CEA may require a memorandum of understanding, project agreement, confidentiality deed, data sharing agreement, ethics approval, insurance confirmation, conflict declarations and Trustee approval before any collaboration proceeds.
CEA does not provide emergency, legal, police, coronial, forensic, clinical or crisis services. Research collaborators must not represent themselves as acting for CEA unless authorised in writing.
Case material may include sensitive coronial, police, medical, family, digital or personal information. Access will be limited to the minimum necessary information and only after CEA approves the project scope, safeguards and authorised personnel.
